Shipping policy

Table Terrain typically ships within 3-5 business days of order. IF a rush ship is needed please leave a comment or select the appropriate shipping time for your needs at time of order. Also, if an item will be delayed, we will be sure to reach out to you via email and give you an update. If you aren’t happy with the delay you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. If an item arrives broken, please let us know and we will send out a replacement free of charge. Please be sure to send us a picture of the broken item and its packaging via email.  Also please save the packaging and broken items. Shipping companies will need to verify proof of damaged goods via their own verification.
